Job Description

The Aertsen s Story:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 1. Streamline operational processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • 2. Manage resource allocation including personnel equipment and materials.
  • 3. Build and maintain vendor relationships negotiate contracts and monitor quality.
  • 4. Coordinate with project managers for seamless project delivery following company policies.
  • 5. Work closely with project managers to ensure adherence to timelines budgets and company policies facilitating a smooth delivery of projects.
  • 6. Update project statuses in CRM for accurate and realtime reporting.
  • 7. Assist in budget development and oversight to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
  • 8. Implement quality assurance processes and risk management strategies.
  • 9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations.



Requirements

Educational Qualifications:
  • 1. Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2. Proven operations management experience of 5 years preferably in interior design.
  • 3. Strong organizational leadership and problemsolving skills.
  • 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • 5. Familiarity with interior design processes and terminology is a plus.
