Your Role
We are hiring a motivated Sr. Project Manager to manage the development and execution of an organizational design change project. Candidates should have a strong background in project management tools and software organizational development and change management coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role.
- Develop and manage the execution of standard change management methodologies encompassing processes activities tools key performance indicators and strategies.
- Develop strategy and approach collaborating with functional teams technical teams and stakeholders.
- Build detailed work plan for communication training and organizational change activities.
- Proactively identify and communicate benefits and risks regarding the rollout of new tools technologies processes and opportunities and assess change impacts. Define appropriate change actions.
- Define and execute change readiness assessments.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and effectively define and execute change activities.
- Schedule track and effectively communicate organizational change project requirements goals budget deadlines risks and resources.
- Maintain adherence to industry standards and cGMPS.
- Contribute to inclusive environment build and maintain collaborative relationships with team members and leaders including senior and clevel leadership.
- Regularly facilitate meetings with stakeholders effectively communicating project status on a routine basis.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in relevant field required. Advanced degree such as MBA or Masters degree in business discipline organizational behavior etc. is a plus.
- 7 years of practical change management experience and project management experience.
- Experience with largescale organizational change efforts.
- Advanced knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of project management approaches tools software and phases of the lifecycle and continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong active listening skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of audiences.
- Ability to lead groups effectively and drive a common vision/plan/goal across team members and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to proactively develop and execute planning strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail.
