GLOBAL PROCESS OWNER

We are looking for an experienced Global Process Owner (GPO) in the ProspecttoCash (P2C) area. As the GPO P2C you will play a vital role in globally optimizing the endtoend process in our organization.

Were looking for someone with 10 years of expertise in B2B Commerce preferably in the Real Estate market where tenants are regarded as longterm partners. You should have an affinity with and understanding of Finance processes have a proven track record in process optimization programs have experience with CRM implementations and be skilled in project management.

By leveraging your expertise we can continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes and thereby increase the quality of services delivered. You have experience working in international environments have great leadership capabilities and always act as a role model by strongly believing and acting according to our organization s values in everything you do.

As a GPO you are accountable for process performance E2E and you define the required improvements to reach higher process effectiveness and efficiency. You design the Global Process Standard and the improvement plan required to implement this standard successfully.

What you ll do every day:

• Take ownership and proactively ensure that the global standard process is designed implemented and continuously improved.
  
• Coordinate change and communication related to the standard global process supporting projects in engaging coworkers and
  
• ensuring their commitment.
  
• Monitor the progress and development of process improvement initiatives ensuring desired outcomes are achieved.
  
• Conduct periodic analysis and reporting on process performance.
  
• Communicate process improvement progress to stakeholders effectively.
