Responsibilities
- Upload and format candidate CVs in the applicant tracking system.
- Maintain the integrity of data within the ATS ensuring all information is uptodate.
- Regularly review and organize candidate information for easy retrieval.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy and completeness of active job postings.
- Draft contracts and job offers under the guidance of the recruiting team.
- Assist candidates during inperson interviews and coordinate logistics as needed.
- Assist and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Communicate with candidates to collect any outstanding documentation needed for the onboarding process
- Upload candidate profiles into the HRIS ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle internal communication related to candidate documentation and processes
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to recruitment administration.
Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome!

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
