Job Description

Job Highlights:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working crossfunctionally to understand architecture needs of the Customer. To be effective in this position you must feel comfortable owning the entire Implementation to completion. You will be expected to work closely with Cloud Architects and Delivery team to implement the architecture that has been designed on the cloud. Prior experience in the Implementations of GreenField Projects Migrations DevOps Security using AWS IaaS and PaaS. Experience on Migration tools like Cloud Endure River MeadowDatabase migration.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience designing cloud architecture for private public and hybrid cloud models

  • Ability to work closely with business to understand and incorporate nonfunctional requirements in the application architecture

  • Experience designing service management orchestration monitoring and management requirements of cloud platform

  • Hands on experience in AWS cloud provisioning.

  • Application deployment and data migration on AWS or Azure

  • Hands on experience in Enterprise VPN and VPC integration with data center

  • Prior experience in developing Cloud automation Scripts for Orchestration eg.

  • CloudFormation/Terraform

  • Experience with assessment development and implementation operationalization and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes (secure software development (Application Security) data protection identity and access management (IAM) network security) within SaaS IaaS PaaS and other cloud environments.

  • Experience working with cloud security and governance tools.

  • Experience on Migration tools like Cloud Endure River MeadowDatabase migration.

  • Linux and Windows administration

  • Experience with enterprise architecture and working as part of a crossfunctional team to implement solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction; selfstarter/selfmotivated.

  • Basic knowledge of MySQL Mssql Databases.

  • Basic shell scripting knowledge.

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or Mathematics

  • 37 years of relevant experience

  • Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

  • Should be AWS Professional Certified



Need Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key account management, cloud computing background. Non-IT sales or IT channels/alliances traction will not be accepted. Persons with govt/PSU sales experience can be considered. 5-10 years exp in direct IT product or services sales. Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams. Must have experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experience in AWS Cloud services. Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary [precise, concise choice of words] and work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is a behaviour and not a formal role in this JD. Represent the core five values of Rapyder and imbibe the same in daily behaviour. Remote working. Excellent written and spoken English. Business communication is vital and we cannot conduct training on this. Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging. Being able to work independently, build relationships and respond quickly. Desired Skills: Experience working in a small, entrepreneurial company Has a strong drive for results & to be part of Rapyder's growth journey. Good knowledge of local language, local city /state based accounts and established contacts in at least 10 top accounts of your region.
