2. Platform Proficiency: Indepth knowledge and experience in utilizing major social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and YouTube for business purposes. Familiarity with emerging platforms and trends is highly desirable.
   
3. Content Creation: The candidate should demonstrate their ability to create engaging and shareable content that resonates with the target audience. Experience in content creation including copywriting graphic design and video editing is advantageous.
   
4. Analytics and Insights: Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of campaigns derive actionable insights and make datadriven decisions to optimize social media efforts.
   
5. Brand Awareness: The candidate should possess a strategic mindset to develop and implement social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility increase follower engagement and drive traffic to our website or other desired destinations.
