As a Senior Manager of Talent and Learning Development at InPost youll be at the leading edge of shaping our workforce strategy. This role demands expertise in talent acquisition retention strategies and forward thinking learning and development initiatives. In addition to attracting and retaining top talent you will actively lead and enhance the ongoing growth and skills development of our dynamic workforce.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have
Talent Attraction:
- Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse and highcaliber pool of candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehensively understand staffing needs and craft effective compelling job descriptions.
- Use a range of recruitment channels such as social media job portals and industry networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
Retention Strategies:
- Design and implement innovative employee retention programmes aimed at creating a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions using insights to implement initiatives that elevate overall job satisfaction.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to address employee concerns proactively identifying and mitigating retention risks.
Learning and Development:
- Implement forwardthinking training programmes for professional development precisely aligned with organisational objectives.
- Lead mentoring programmes career progression initiatives and continuous learning opportunities.
- Work closely with department heads to identify skills gaps and implement strategic solutions.
Onboarding and Integration:
- Design and refine onboarding programmes ensuring a successful and smooth integration process for new employees.
- Work closely with department heads to develop customised onboarding plans in line with individual career goals and company objectives.
Talent Development:
- Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify skill gaps and execute targeted training programs for professional development.
- Facilitate mentorship programs and career progression initiatives promoting the growth of internal talent.
DataDriven DecisionMaking:
- Leverage advanced HR analytics and metrics to assess the efficacy of talent management and learning and development programs.
- Provide regular insightful reports to leadership on key talent metrics trends and areas for improvement.
Well what will the requirements be
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Talent Manager or in a similar senior HR role within a fastpaced and growing company.
- Profound knowledge of talent acquisition retention and development strategies.
- Strong understanding of current HR trends employment laws and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build robust relationships at all organizational levels.
- English and Spanish as a must Portuguese will be a plus
