Skills :

Supervision and Monitoring:

As a Field Supervisor youll be responsible for overseeing Security Officers during their shifts. You will ensure their punctuality and confirm they adhere to hourly updates and reporting procedures. Routine site visits will be conducted to verify compliance with ARDENT s uniform and equipment guidelines.

Site Compliance:

You will respond to assigned sites to ensure that Security Officers are complying with post orders. Additionally you will assist in the development and staffing of site post orders and provide coverage at sites when necessary.

Logs and Documentation:

The accuracy and timely completion of all logs particularly fire watch logs are crucial. You will distribute required logs to sites and send completed logs via email to Operations Managers and Operations Supervisors.

Incident Reporting:

Adhering to ARDENT s incident reporting procedures is mandatory. You will keep Operations Managers and Operations Supervisors informed of significant incidents and will report emergencies theft vandalism or other significant events immediately.

Training and Development:

Training new Security Officers onsite is part of your role. You will provide direction and coaching to Security Officers to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

Equipment and Inventory Management:

Regular inspections of security equipment such as radios and flashlights will be conducted to ensure they are in proper working condition. You will also coordinate the maintenance and replenishment of equipment and uniforms.

Emergency Response and Crisis Management:

You will be familiar with and train Security Officers on ARDENTs emergency response protocols. During emergency situations you will coordinate with Security Officers and external authorities to manage the crisis effectively.

Performance Evaluation and Reporting:

Conducting regular assessments of Security Officers under your supervision is vital. You will provide feedback and submit reports on their performance to Operations Managers and Operations Supervisors.

Liaison and Communication:

As a primary point of contact between Security Officers and Operations Management you will maintain regular and open communication to address questions concerns and requests from Security Officers.

Safety and Risk Management:

Safety is paramount. Regular safety inspections of assigned sites will be conducted to identify and mitigate potential hazards. All safety incidents will be reported to the Operations Manager and you will participate in investigations as required.
