Job Description
We are looking for a technical leader for our client based in cully AuvergneRh neAlpes France.
He/she works in close collaboration with town planners crossfunctional application architects and production teams.
As part of their missions you must:
- Take responsibility for defining and developing the trajectory of solutions and participating in the definition of technical architectures in close collaboration with the development support teams and the validation of crossfunctional functional and application architects.
- Supervise 3 to 6 developers
- Take charge of technological monitoring on certain subjects
- Organize code reviews and promote best practices to the team.
- Document technical choices and good practices
- Intervene as an expert on complex developments define and lead technical projects.
- Contribute to different communities of developers or tech lead.
Requirements
Ideal profile:
Bac 5 level engineering school or IT training
Abilities:
- Be responsive and rigorous
- Have listening and mediation skills.
- Challenge needs and solutions.
- Know how to communicate and convince both orally and in writing relying on a developed spirit of synthesis.
General skills :
- Analysis and understanding of needs Break down the problems organize them
- Understanding and analysis of functional and technical architectures.
- Know how to integrate cost optimization into the design of solutions and architectures.
Technical skills :
- Master and have practiced for at least 6 years a wide spectrum of technologies including Java 11 VueJs Angular SQL ideally present in the Banking/Insurance sector
- Master SOA Micro services SRO enterprise API architectures linked to Cloud services and architectures.
- Be imbued with infrastructure access and data security requirements
- Experiences with tools/Framework: Git Maven SpringBoot
- Knowledge of reactive programming
- Previous experience managing developers in an agile framework is a plus
Experience required: 6 to 10 years
Languages Required: French and English
