Junior Application Engineer

You will work in an agile environment as part of a multifunctional team on a variety of initiatives. You will be able to rapidly develop your career in an area of high growth at the sharp end of business innovation and transformation.

For the first 3 months you with several new colleagues will undergo full training on the Appian platform.

Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Working with our customers in the professional and technical implementation of process automation solutions with focus on low code tools
  
• Working as part of a team helping customers to gather their ideas and analysing their problems and designing and building automation workflows to make businesses better
  
• Preparing technical documentation using proven templates to support the changes you will be making
  
• Analysis of risk of technical change and preparation and execution of test cases
  
• Spotting opportunities for customers and Roboyo to improve what they do and doing something about it
  
• On occasion travel to customer sites will be required and if you re interested opportunities around the world are possible
  

Requirements

• University degree (B.S. or M.S) or equivalent in Business Administration Engineering Computer science or related field of study
  
• Relevant professional or academic experience that has prepared you for the fields of operations optimization: process analysis process modeling or process automation
  
• Very good MS Office knowledge
  
• Enthusiasm for topics such as Automation Digitization or Artificial Intelligence
  
• Good understanding of business processes
  
• Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate successful customer relationships will be of real benefit in this role
