Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date may not be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.26 weeks assignment; Minimum of 2 years current experience required in a 15-plus bed Operating Room required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Must be able to Circulate and perform Conscious Sedation. Certs: BLS and ACLS required. Must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Shift: M-F 8 hr 8-430 Day shift position; shift start time 06:30; No Call, Weekends or Holidays. Floating all travelers are required to float to all areas in which they are trained (e.g., Pre-, Peri-, PACU) including ED and alternate holding areas, including PresNow ED/UCs to care for appropriate patients. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Orientation: First week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. Scrubs: Required and not provided by the facility.
