To be successful as Data Analyst at InPost you should be able to analyze large amounts of data accurately project strategy trends identify new opportunities and provide practical guidance to optimize strategies and increase market share.

The main purpose of the Data Analyst position is to convert complex data into advice and easily digestible presentations graphs or reports.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have

• Define and implement detailed (and visual) dashboards to measure the performance of both the clients in portfolio and the strategy team (opportunities visits proposals pipeline )
• Conduct weekly KPI reporting to help management make insightful datadriven decisions
• Report on daily weekly and monthly performance KPIs
• Work closely with peers in Operations Customer Support Marketing Finance and Commercial to identify problems implement datadriven solutions and define key success metrics
• Provide actionable insights to guide the Strategy team
• Provide Strategy area with market insights and customers data (portfolio and market analysis)
• Provide all necessary data & analysis for Pricing Campaigns & Budgeting Process

Well what will the requirements be

• At least 5 years in data analytics/business intelligence preferably in ecommerce related companies.
• Degree in statistics math market research business administration finance or computer science.
• Strong research and data analysis skills: Proven experience in data crunching and data analysis.
• Expert level in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and data crunching (HubSpot SalesForce Power BI Tableau SQL ).
• Resilience working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong (verbal & written) communication and presentation skills: Memos & Presentations
• English is a must (French or Polish would be a plus).
• Team player selfstarter and details oriented: Ability to work independently but with crossfunctional and peers teams.
