SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Darrang Assam

Experience: Minimum 10 years in Civil Engineering preferably in the manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Oversee and manage all civil engineering aspects of the ongoing construction project.
   
2. Design and Planning: Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines in the design and planning phases of the construction project.
   
3. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
   
4. Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets ensuring costeffectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
   
5. Construction Supervision: Supervise construction activities coordinate with contractors and ensure timely project completion.
   
6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges related to the construction project and develop mitigation strategies.
   
7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and support staff fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
   
8. Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
   

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters degree is a plus.
   
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering with a focus on construction management.
   
3. Proven experience in overseeing construction projects preferably in the manufacturing sector.
   
4. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles construction methods and relevant regulations.
   
5. Proficient in project management software and tools.
   
6. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
   
7. Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
   

Requirements:

1. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
