Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attendance Management: Attendance compilation & processing
- Payroll Processing: End to End responsibility on Payroll Processing
- Salary Input Compilation & ontime and rightpayment to all employees
- Assist with administering payrolls (month end consolidation and processing support as required).
- Checking and auditing of all payrolls ensuring legislative & award compliance (tax compliance superannuation etc).
- Statutory Compliances: Responsible for statutory compliances (TDS Gratuity ESIC PT PF etc).
- Contractual Employee Management: Attendance & Salary processing for Contractual & third Party employees.
- Leave Management: Managing Annual Leave calendar upload & updating on regular basis.
- MIS & Reports: Monthly quarterly & annual or regular basis
