Job Description
An attorney registered in Germany or a an intellectual property paralegal fluent in German to help us with some tasks in front of DPMA (German IP office) including drafting of office action responses.
We are a trademark firm and we file in Germany and need some assistance on applications that face issues. We would prefer to pay per task generally they are quite straightforward.
Can be for DPMA filings or just responding to office actions if you are not authorized in front of DPMA.
Requirements
German attorney or paralegal with experience in intellectual property (IP)
