What's on Offer

• Basic Salary: £18000 £20000
• OTE: £23000 £26000
• Monday to Friday No weekends!

Key Responsibilities

• Property Moves: Oversee the process of tenant moves in and out efficiently.
• Marketing and Advertising: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
• Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings to showcase available properties.
• Documentation: Prepare all necessary paperwork including letters Tenancy Agreements and Inventories.
• Tenant Screening: Ensure satisfactory tenant references are obtained and maintain accurate records.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers visiting the office and provide excellent service.
• Property Software: Proficiently use property management software to enter and manage relevant information.
• Flexibility: Be adaptable to handle various daytoday tasks within the department when required.

Personal Attributes

• Experience: Previous experience in residential lettings is desirable but not essential we are looking for a strong customer service or sales background.
• Presentation: Well spoken well dressed and a professional persona
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication telephone and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• IT Proficiency: Have a high level of IT experience to handle digital tools and software.
• Driving License: Hold a valid driving license and have a personal vehicle insured for business use.
