Collections Manager all genders

Your mission

• Phone calls and emails to customers that are past due with their payments
• Negotiating and motivating customers to repay their debt.
• Negotiations with external partners in debt collection.
• Representation of collections division in company projects.
• Sparring partner for finance risk and sales departments.
• Interview reasons for delays in payments.
• Constant monitoring of payment agreements.
• Setting up structures and processes.

Your profile

• At least 5 years working experience in collections.
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
• Knowledge of legal background in Germany particularly with regards to collections.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills as required to communicate to a diverse audience effectively.
• Problemsolving conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Confident driven and results oriented.
• Handson mentality willing to go the extramile.
