We are looking to hire a fulltime remote Software Engineer with 3 years of Django and React.js development experience to join our engineering team. Candidates must enjoy shipping code across the entire stack and delivering software at a fast but sustainable pace that balances speed and doing the right thing. Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop internal and customer facing frontend web applications and backend systems.

Identify customer pain points and advocate for product improvements.

Collaborate with leadership product management and colleagues to build new tools and product features.

Participate in code reviews on Zoom.

Follow existing development processes and standards for high quality continuous product delivery.

Choose initiative over inaction and display a willingness to seek help when stuck.

Undertake work that provides challenges and career growth opportunities.

Take pride in ownership of work product and team successes.

Required Experience:

Excellent English communication skills.

3 years of Django and React.js software development experience.

Experience building web applications.

Ability to look through the error logs and stack traces to understand the underlying issues and fix them without getting stuck.

Ability to define and perform comprehensive unit testing.

Experience working productively in a fastpaced getitdone environment.

Understanding of Agile methodology.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

A positive collaborative approach to building product as part of a team.
