Job Description

Job Overview:

The Program Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the implementation and execution of marketing strategies for our programs in partnership with program teams of Wadhwani Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating program needs creating marketing campaigns and ensuring the success and growth of the programs. This position requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams external partners and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with program needs (will incl. Engagement with external vendors).
  2. Marketing Campaign Management: Design marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital social media and email.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Establish effective communication channels with program teams and internal teams for seamless marketing execution.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor analyze and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the Head of Marketing.
  5. Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budget to ensure costeffective implementation of campaigns.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field. A Master s degree or marketing certification is a plus.

8 years of experience in marketing preferably with experience in program marketing or partnership coordination.

Strong understanding of marketing principles strategies and practices.

Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using marketing software analytics tools and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative problemsolving and analytical skills.

May require travel
