Handled Background Verification Process and possess good knowledge about the process
Will be responsible for initiating & completion of reports
Prepare dashboards to provide status updates generate insights assess performance
Process validations & invoices
Desired Profile:
Education:
MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in business or HR related discipline preferred
Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation
Experience:
Minimum of 23 years of experience in Background Verification & HR operations
Preferred experience includes working in:
Big 4 /professional services or large corporate environment
Skill Set:
Strong communication & writing skills
Strong excel and data analytics
Ability to work effectively across teams
