Roles & Responsibilities

• Handled Background Verification Process and possess good knowledge about the process
  

• Will be responsible for initiating & completion of reports
  

• Prepare dashboards to provide status updates generate insights assess performance
  

• Process validations & invoices
  

Desired Profile:

Education:

• MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in business or HR related discipline preferred
  

• Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 23 years of experience in Background Verification & HR operations
  

• Preferred experience includes working in:
  

• Big 4 /professional services or large corporate environment
  

Skill Set:

• Strong communication & writing skills
  

• Strong excel and data analytics
  

• Ability to work effectively across teams
