As a Software Project Coordinator the candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring
the successful delivery of software projects for the NEOM project. They will be responsible for
coordinating with clients managing project releases and conducting training sessions. This role
requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding
of software development processes.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact between Blue Seven Technologies and the NEOM project stakeholders.
Facilitate communication to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to plan execute and monitor software development projects.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and releases.
Training and Onboarding:
Conduct training sessions for clients on software applications and features.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients during the onboarding process.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans timelines and client communications.
Generate reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
. Issue Resolution:
Identify and address project issues promptly working closely with the development team to find effective solutions.
Escalate issues as needed and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in software engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in software development projects.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
