Job Description
- Leading the development of the growth strategy for the department
- Meeting sales and growth targets for the department
- Enabling execution of the strategy by ensuring that strong sales and operational capabilities are in place, to deliver the agreed targets in alignment with the company to management:
- Develop and validate business plan for the department, to deliver strong growth, based on:
- A clear value proposition for the department
- Top management’s aspiration for the business
- Market potential, trends, competition
- BIAC other service lines
