- Car allowance or pool car included
Job Responsibilities
- Be the conductor of office harmony ensuring smooth operations and adherence to lettings legislation
- Take the lead in property valuations marketing and growing our portfolio
- Master the art of viewings ensuring every tenant feels like the star of the show
- Provide awardwinning customer service be it facetoface over the phone or via email
- Lead and inspire your team guiding them towards lettings stardom
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have a UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Exceptional communication skills and a flair for customer service
- Detailoriented resilient and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with IT systems
- Experience in the property industry is a must leadership experience is a plus
- ARLA qualification is a bonus but not essential
