Certified Jamf 300 Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain the Jamf Pro infrastructure to support Apple device management across the organization
  

• Monitor / optimize performance Jamf Pro environments ensure efficiency and reliability
  

• Configure and deploy Apple devices using Jamf Pro ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards
  

• Collaborate with IT teams to streamline the onboarding process for new devices
  

• Implement security measures for Apple devices (encryption patches and compliance)
  

• Stay informed about the latest security threats and industry best practices to enhance the security posture of the Jamf Pro environment
  

• Provide technical support to endusers for Apple devicerelated issues collaborating with the IT support team to resolve problems promptly
  

• Conduct training sessions to educate endusers on best practices for using Apple devices within the organization
  

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for the Jamf Pro environment including configurations workflows and troubleshooting procedures
  

• Generate regular reports on the performance and status of the Jamf Pro infrastructure
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent experience
  

• At least years of experience in IT with a focus on Apple device management
  

• Jamf Pro certification is mandatory
  

• Proven experience in designing implementing and managing Jamf Pro environments
  

• Indepth knowledge of MacOs iOS and Apple device management best practices
  

• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
