I am currently recruiting for a Senior Operations Administrator to join my client in Wolverhampton on a full time Permanent basis The successful candidate will work for a growing family owned business within a friendly team and will be offered great benefits

Duties

        Working with the Operations Manager managing his email inbox

        Engaging with clients and customers via teams and schedule these calls on a monthly basis

        Work with the helpdesk team and help out when required

        Producing reports

        Be first point of contact for contract enquiries

        Attend meetings and calls with customers building relationships with external organisations

        Work with the Stores department to ensure all parts are in stock order parts and work with the engineers on site

        Working with the service team leaders to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency

Requirements

        Previous Customer Service Experience

        Previous Administration Experience 

        Experience with contract administration is desirable but not essential
