Job Description
RN, Correctional MedicineWork Responsibilities: Facility houses approximately 1700 patients.Nurse responsible for completing intake assessments.Respond to medical emergencies and providing care within RN scope of practice. Mandatory qualifications: One year minimum experience as an RN.What network access and/or various applications will the individual need? : Epic Required Licenses/Certifications : Active Ohio RN licenseBasic Life Support from the American Heart Association ONLYDesired Qualifications:CPI CertificationEPIC proficiency Work Environment / Physical Requirements : Correctional healthcare setting. Will be required to walk and stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift/push up to 50 pounds.
Shift: Day shift 6:45am-7:15pm Night shift 6:45pm-7:15pm Every other weekend and holiday required. No exceptions. Will not adjust shifts to meet traveler's availability.
