Job Description

Responsibilities

The Commercial Manager will manage all commercial matters including but not limited to tendering contract management claim management change management cost management and legal matters Protect and promote company interests in all matters


Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Implement standard procurement procedures and management of project procurement cost payments schedule change management contracts project handover and closeout
  • Prepare and update procurement plan solicit prequalification and tender from Consultants and Contractors prepare reports and analyses prepare and review contract strategies and contract
  • Cost Management Prepare cost estimates and regular updates with reconciliation against contracted amounts change management amounts actual expenses and payments Manage payments and related commercial matters per
  • Change Management Manage review assist with negotiations and settle variations and claims as independent representative of
  • Manage external quantity surveying or cost management
  • Support Business Development with contract reviews and negotiations as
  • Administer all contracts including consultants and
  • Prepare commercial reports for incorporation into monthly
  • Assist client with administrative completion of contractor warranties and guarantees with respect to installations products and services provided
  • Participate in client management meetings
  • Provide financial reports and support PMCS Department for cost control and financial reporting
  • Review and evaluate all claims on project and any other commercial contractual and insurance matters as
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients legal team as
  • Create supportive environment to develop highperforming team provide professional development opportunities and engage in coaching and mentoring
  • Lead team members provide timely performance feedback and contribute to performance appraisals during annual performance cycle utilizing talent management
  • Develop and deliver training to educate staff members regarding related department
  • Other activities duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree (or corresponding international degree) and minimum of years of related experience or equivalent combination of education training and/or and experience RICS and MRICS or equivalent
  • FIDIC (The International Federation of Consulting Engineers) conditions of contract and subcontracting documentation experience
  • Must be able to read write and speak English
