You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAIS has multiple projects and business initiatives that require additional resources. The system administrator will focus on the business systems tasks of configuring and installing applications and software documentation.
The systems administrator is expected to install, configure and document the process of installing applications within the DOA. Evaluations and recommendations will also be needed for new software requests within the DOA community.
The implementation of all tasks will be performed on site at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport during the normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5pm.
The selected systems administrator will perform the following tasks to include, but not limited to:
The systems administrator will be part of a team responsible for installing licensed software on workstations as outlined by departmental standard operating procedures as well as documenting all new and upgraded installations. The technician is responsible for proactively monitoring these applications. The technician will also provide applications support to include assisting with documentation of new and existing applications, and evaluating new solutions and help in creating testing, implementation, and support documentation. The technician will report to the Applications Development and Cloud Services manager and must coordinate activities with other business units within the division to meet the department's overall objectives.
Work Requirements:
The systems administrator will install, configure, and document all software installs in the DOA environment.
Job Duties consist of the following but not limited to:
1. Software Installation and documentation
2. 1st & 2nd level support for licensed software Issues
3. Working knowledge of JAVA
4. Resolve tickets within the SLA requirements
5. Customer Follow Up
6. Remote Support
7. Work closely with other team members to get issues resolved within a timely manner
The systems administrator is expected to complete all installs and configurations within the allotted SLA timeframe and criteria:
Ticket Resolution
Weekly Plan Progress
Fully operable installation (user access)
The completed Background Verification will be attached (via an automated feed) to the candidates user profile under the Attachments Section.

Any additional requirements stated by the Agency on the requisition
