esponsibilities: G
ather, clean, and analyse digital data from various sources, including websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and other digital channels. D
evelop and maintain data dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. I
dentify relevant data points and conduct in-depth analysis to extract actionable insights. U
tilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner. A
nalyse user interactions, website navigation patterns, and conversion funnels to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviour and preferences. I
dentify opportunities to improve user experience and website performance based on data-driven insights. C
ollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to implement data-backed strategies and drive user engagement and retention. M
onitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media efforts. M
easure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and other relevant metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. P
repare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. E
nsure the accuracy and reliability of digital data by implementing data governance and quality control measures. C
ollaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and optimize data collection processes. S
tay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital analytics. P
rovide recommendations on new tools, methodologies, and techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities and drive innovation. S
upport with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting. R

EQUIRED EXPERIENCE: B
achelor's degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or computer science (or equivalent work experience). P
roven experience in digital data analysis, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment. S
trong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Magento, Redshift, Data Studio. P
roficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. F
amiliarity with statistical analysis techniques and A/B testing methodologies. E
xcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. S
trong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A
bility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. S
trong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. A
n excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. S
