Your role and goals

We are seeking individuals with a passion for ensuring the success of our customers and achieving our business objectives If you enjoy advocating for customers and cultivating relationships this position is ideal for you

Your role is to facilitate our customers in deriving value and to sustain longterm relationships by driving their ongoing success You will collaborate closely with a portfolio of both new and existing customers aiding them in maximizing the benefits of Productsup

In your first months you will
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Productsup platform and familiarize yourself with our products and global customer base
  • Familiarize yourself with your customers their usage patterns of Productsup and start building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Gain proficiency in all internal and team processes actively contributing to their enhancement
  • Collaborate with internal teams including implementation academy sales product marketing finance and support to ensure customer expectations are not only met but exceeded
  • Start identifying upsell and expansion opportunities based on your customer interactions
In your first months and beyond you will
  • Act as the primary point of contact after contract signature ensuring a seamless client experience by coordinating internal stakeholders for onboarding and beyond
  • Nurture ongoing customer relationships through regular checkins monitoring client health taking action to prevent potential churn conducting Business Reviews and involving Subject Matter Experts when needed
  • Develop and maintain Success Plans for each customer in your portfolio executing the plan throughout the customers life cycle to enhance and retain the relationship
  • Be the voice of the customer providing internal feedback to help Productsup better serve our customers
  • Propose additional products and features to expand our footprint and revenue within existing accounts collaborating with Account Executives to drive renewals and expansions
  • Continuously engage with our Product team sharing insights into our clients needs
What you bring to the team
  • years of professional experience in Customer Success/relationship or postsales/presales experience with expertise engaging and managing relationships at fastpaced high growth software companies
  • Strong communication skills in German and English both verbal and written allowing you to clearly explain product concepts to customers and articulate customer use cases to internal team members
  • Empathy and customercentricity building relationships becoming a trusted advisor and solving problems for the customer
  • Technically proficient and an aptitude for analyzing data
  • Project management organizational &#x time management skills
