Job Title - Lettings Co-Ordinator/Accounts Assistant (title is flexible)
Location - Solihull
Basic - up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

A vibrant, award winning and friednly estate agency based in Solihull is looking for a Lettings Coordinator.
As our Accounts Assistant, you'll be at the financial forefront of a thrilling and fast-paced industry. Your mission: to ensure properties shine, attract the right tenants, and run like well-oiled machines throughout their rental journey. With your keen eye for detail, you'll master the art of managing tenant inquiries, all while ensuring crystal-clear communication from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Administration
- Be the money maestro: Collect rent payments from tenants and make it all happen seamlessly, following established procedures.
- Stay on top of arrears, ensuring the rent flow never falters.
- Handle deposit payments and sync up with our Property Manager and custodial schemes for a smooth ride.
- Keep Landlords in the loop about payments, maintaining a harmonious financial symphony.
- Wave your magic wand and process invoices, ensuring the money flows like a river.
