About the opportunity.

Dormy House is a beautiful 88-bed nursing home, and its recent refurbishment has given it a renewed platform for growth.

We are now looking for a New Manager to join us and lead the team through its next exciting phase.

Your responsibilities will be to manage the day-to-day running of all aspects of the home. Youll report directly to the Regional Manager of this small group so youll be able to influence the direction the home takes.

Youll set and deliver standards and the quality of care youd want for your own family, and youll create a positive culture of people respect and engagement. Youll have accountability over all aspects of the home, so youll really be able to make it your own. It really is a fantastic opportunity.
