We are currently looking for professionals in the financial services sector to join an international team at a highly successful global BPO organisation.

With over four decades of experience in the banking industry and a presence in 88 countries, our organisation is assembling a diverse team of investment specialists. This opportunity is perfect for individuals interested in pursuing a dynamic career within one of our esteemed digital banking programs.

In this role, you will engage with high-value clients of a leading European digital bank, offering expert financial advice and introducing innovative, high-yield banking products.

This role involves interacting with bank customers through various communication channels, including calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and presenting innovative digital banking products tailored to the German market.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support on various banking matters, including account openings, password resets, and fund transfers.
  • Handle back-office tasks such as email correspondence and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Present and promote a range of banking products.
  • Ensure compliance with transparency requirements, service information (product purposes, features, and risks), and client protection regulations, both internal and external.
  • Report and follow up on any issues that may arise in the application process.
  • Meet quality standards and sales targets as defined by the organisation.

Requirements

Education

  • Preferably hold a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Native-level proficiency in the German language.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong customer focus, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical aptitude and a willingness to independently acquire new knowledge.

Experience

  • Prior experience in the banking sector is an advantage but not a strict requirement.
