We are recruiting on behalf of a familyrun communitydriven care provider with awardwinning homes and a compassionate team that provides personcentred care Having launched in  our client has grown its footprint across the South and Southwest of England and plans to continue on this journey in the future 
The successful applicant will 
Have a current NMC registration and more than  years of experience  
Good knowledge of the latest clinical practices 
Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care  
Use technology to keep accurate documentation and resident records 
Ensure medication is ordered administered and stored following the company procedures and policies and in accordance with current legislation and the NMC/CQC guidelines 
Utilise clinical skills to make decisions and take action in a timely manner whilst providing guidance and support to all team members 
Create wellthought through care plans and detailed risk assessments keeping in mind regulatory frameworks 
Develop relationships with relatives to help support residents better 
 
What we are looking for  
Someone who can deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the Care Home And whether you are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life you will always have their wellbeing in mind above anything else
