Job Description
Job Title Operations Head Bottling Plants (Kolkata and Diamond Harbour)
Location Kolkata (Head Office) with oversight of plants in Krishna Nagar and Diamond Harbour

Responsibilities
Overall Operations Management
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the operational functions of bottling plants
Ensure alignment of operations with organizational goals and objectives
CrossPlant Coordination
Collaborate with plant managers to streamline operations and maintain consistency in processes
Foster a culture of collaboration and shared best practices among the plant teams
Performance Optimization
Oversee the optimization of production processes inventory management and distribution strategies to meet organizational targets
Implement efficiency measures to enhance overall operational performance
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor operational teams at both bottling plants ensuring effective communication and coordination
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operational workforce
Quality Assurance
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the production of highquality products
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain compliance with industry standards
Cost Control and Budgeting
Develop and manage budgets for operational activities ensuring costeffective use of resources
Identify and implement costsaving initiatives without compromising on operational efficiency
Supply Chain Management
Oversee the supply chain from raw materials procurement to product distribution
Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize supply chain processes
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Keep abreast of changes in regulations that may impact operations and take proactive measures for compliance
Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Implement best practices and innovative solutions for operational excellence
Reporting and Analysis
Generate and analyze reports on key operational metrics and KPIs
Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of bottling plant operations
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Operations Management Engineering or related field
Minimum years of experience in operations management with a background in bottling plant preferred
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams across multiple locations
Indepth knowledge of production and supply chain processes
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
