We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team! You will handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities for a growing real estate company with rental units and home sales per year We are looking for a self starter interested in a fast paced environment with growth opportunities Office is located right in downtown Oakbrook for incredibly easy commutes
Responsibilities
- Post vacancies process applicants and issue leases
- Order construction materials and office supplies
- Manage utilities schedule inspections and follow up with municipalities
- Prepare sales contracts and support closing attorney to close real estate transactions
- Generate periodic reporting for leasing collections maintenance and closings
- Other projects and administrative responsibilities as needed
Requirements years experience as a property manager or admin in a real estate office
Must have strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace PM software is a plus
Must have a strong work ethic good communication skills and be well organized
Ability to build rapport with vendors municipalities and colleagues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
