Remote Travel Itinerary Specialist

1. Engage with clients to explore itinerary options, and recommend travel destinations, transportation choices, and accommodation possibilities based on their preferences.

2. Make reservations on behalf of clients for air travel, car rentals, lodging, excursions, and activities, ensuring all client preferences are accommodated.

3. Coordinate payment schedules for itinerary packages and other trip components, processing authorized payments.

4. Provide potential clients with comprehensive price quotes for destination packages.

5. Efficiently organize and deliver itinerary materials in a well-structured manner to clients.

Requirements

1. Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3. Exceptional and swift decision-making abilities.

4. Outstanding time management capabilities.

5. Legal authorization to work in either the United States or Mexico.

6. Residency in the United States or Mexico.
