About the role

As Corporate Legal Counsel (Commercial)at Instabee you are offered an exciting job with both commercial and legal challenges on a group level across European markets You will play an important role in developing our Commercial and Operations leg negotiating and drafting commercial contracts building new business models and cooperations and giving highquality legal and strategic advice in general corporate matters on our expansive growth journey

You will work crossfunctionally with various aspects of commercial law such as corporate law contract law consumer law labor law rental law real property law etc and you will handle potential disputes as well as provide general legal advice As you become an important part of our organization being a strategic partner to the entire business you will constantly encounter a large variety of matters both of varying degrees of difficulty and character Depending on your interests and skills you will have the chance to run your own projects and grow your personalized role

The role is located in Stockholm and you will report to the General Counsel

About you

Were looking for you with a degree in law from a Nordic university coupled with at least years of work experience preferably from a larger wellrenowned law firm or as an inhouse legal counsel in a company You have worked with commercial and business law perhaps in an international environment and have good experience in commercial contracts

• As a person you are positive curious and highly flexible and you have excellent analytical skills and strong business judgment Complex challenges excite you and you are even more excited about solving them In our world everything (almost) is possible and you share this mindset with us

• You are structured and able to work efficiently both independently and in teams You work with high integrity and have the capacity of performing in an entrepreneurial fastpaced environment with highquality commercial and legal expertise

• Youre communicative and have a talent for networking On a softer scale youre caring and contribute to a friendly atmosphere among your colleagues

• Fluency in Swedish and English written as well as verbal is mandatory for this role
