Some of the things youll do

As a Backend Developer at Instabee youll be working in an agile crossfunctional team with a clear mission and problem space to solve All of our teams are highly collaborative and were looking for people who thrive on working closely with other engineers to solve hard problems Together with stakeholders and product managers youll design APIs and create applications that are used by all branches within the company and our customers

Our engineers make some of the most important decisions for the company and our products Were looking for people who enjoy learning sharing and working with other developers to solve new and interesting problems Here youll have the opportunity to exercise real ownership of the services that are owned by your team

We are currently seeking skilled Nodejs developers to join two dynamic teams

Integration Services TeamJoin our Integration Services team where you will play a crucial role in driving our product offerings to merchants Collaborate with the sales team to define pricing models and ensure our merchants have the essential tools for their daily operations

App Experience TeamBecome a part of our App Experience team dedicated to crafting a seamless and satisfactory user experience for our consumers Understand the needs of our users and contribute to building tools that support and enhance their interaction with our products

What Were Looking For

At Instabee we value individuals who are keen to learn and your eagerness to develop your own skillset will undoubtedly be your strongest asset when joining us If youre a skilled problem solver who loves coding and making complex things work then this is the place for you Beyond that we imagine that you have some of the following points on your resum

• years experience in a backend or fullstack role in a modern Tech environment
• Experience with JavaScript/Nodejs
• PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB experience (or equivalent database technologies)
• Basic understanding of Terraform and Debian/Ubuntu (any Linux distro would apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
