**Job Description:**

As a Virtual Sports Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the virtual sports experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for booking trips, hotels, car rentals, and other logistics to ensure our clients have the best possible experience while participating in virtual sports events. This role is remote and requires candidates to be located in the USA or Mexico, have internet access, and be at least 18 years old.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Research and book hotels, car rentals, and other travel accommodations for virtual sports participants.

- Coordinate transportation and logistics to ensure seamless travel for clients.

- Collaborate with the virtual sports events team to meet all customer needs.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to travel and accommodations.

- Stay updated on the latest virtual sports and travel industry trends to offer innovative solutions.

**Qualifications:**

- Must be located in the USA or Mexico.

- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.

- Access to a stable internet connection.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Previous experience in travel booking or related fields is a plus.
