Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or Master's in Finance preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role. - Solid understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and accounting standards. - Proficient in financial modeling and using financial analysis tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. - Strong communication skills to present complex financial information concisely. - Proficient in using financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
