Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner
- Perform detailed diagnostics on products or systems to identify issues and defects
- Use testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques to isolate and rectify technical problems
- Perform necessary repairs maintenance and component replacements as required
- Document all repairs and service activities accurately for recordkeeping purposes
- Educate customers on product operation maintenance and best practices to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on common issues and potential improvements
- Ensure that all repaired products or serviced systems meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate and organized records of service requests repairs and customer interactions
- Place orders for replacement parts as necessary
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field from a top technical university
- Proven experience in technical support aftersales service or a similar role
- Additional experience working for a multinational company is a plus but not a must
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools equipment and software
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Customerfocused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
