Job Description
Job Title - Administrator L2
Location - Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Job Type - Full-Tim
Job Description:
Monitoring:
1. Monitor events and alerts, log incidents.
2. Handling L1/L2 tickets from Monitoring events and alerts as per the SOPs.
3. Send out notifications for L3 issues and involve L3 as demanded/required.
4. Monitor, track issues related to disk space, server performance (CPU/ Memory) server uptime, SOSS/IIS high connection etc. on demand escalate to L3
5. Troubleshooting by gathering information from all monitoring tools made available to L2.
Triage issues
Coordinate to Resolve issues by assigning the next staff / following shift handover process
