Senior Attorney

Join our thriving law firm specializing in diverse cases including property damage insurance claims business litigation disputes and personal injury matters We are seeking a dynamic Senior First Party Property Attorney with years of experience to contribute & lead our expanding business in Colorado

As a Senior Attorney you will play a vital role in supporting Associate Attorneys by engaging in various aspects of legal proceedings and handling your own cases Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the legal team and support staff conducting client interviews and coordinating with expert witnesses You will be involved in the entire legal process from drafting legal documents such as discovery motions and appellate briefs to trial preparation and attendance

Responsibilities

• Manage the Denver office 
  
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
  
• Conduct client interviews and locate expert witnesses
  
• Draft various legal documents discovery motions summary judgment motions appellate briefs affidavits memoranda and letters
  
• Investigate factual information to respond to litigation discovery requests
  
• Assist in all phases of case preparation including discovery and trial
  
• Prepare for trial providing trial support and attendance
  
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive issues
  
• Travel throughout the state as required to meet business needs

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Current Colorado Bar License and in Good Standing
  
• JD degree from an accredited law school
  
• years of experience in First Party Property Damage insurance claims business litigation disputes and personal injury matters Plaintiff side
  
• Leadership experience
  
• Litigation & Trial Experience
