Job Description
Paradigm is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Manager to support our client a global leader in the legal industry You will be responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff while supplying support to the Print/Mail operations team This position will have a heavy emphasis on inventory management/reconciliation
Type year contract
Location Beaverton OR (Onsite)

As an Inventory & Warehouse Manager you will
Support the warehouse with daytoday operations
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure the accuracy of inbound shipments and inventory transactions
Conduct weekly monthly and annual inventory audits/reconciliation
Order inventory or shipping materials when needed while working with management regarding stock procurement and availability
Determine proper storage methods identification and stock location in an orderly and easily accessible manner using labeling or organizational tools
Driving route deliveries as necessary (Post Office vendor deliveries and pickups) is a plus
Maintain a clean warehouse and efficient workspace
Process incoming packages track and deliver to appropriate departments (FEDEX UPS and Outside Vendors)
The picking and delivery of internal orders to departments (Paper Stock envelopes and other supplies as needed)
Perform other tasks within the scope of the role as necessary
Our skills and wishlist experience includes
years of warehouse supervisor experience
Purchase Order/Inventory Receipts Experience
Print mail experience
Knowledge of warehouse/inventory software packages and MS Office proficiency
This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking
Must be able to lift safely and repeatedly stack pull and carry heavy loads up to lbs
Must have a valid Driver s License or the ability to obtain a valid Driver s License
Hands on experience using forklift or electric pallet jack is a plus
Team player excellent customer service and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong Math Skills
