Employee Benefits Account Manager-DTX

This is a confidential search for a client whohas an immediate opening for a Employee Benefits Account Manager for our Dallas TX office

The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for assisting the Employee Benefits Producer is producing new business while maintaining existing policies for the clients

Some of the responsibilities for the Employee Benefits Account Manager include

• Acting as the primary contact between clients prospect agency and producer
• Working handinhand with the Producer to generate proposal presentations
• Maintaining positive relationships with the insurance carriers to satisfy the clients needs and facilitate the processing of business

Experience

• General Lines Life & Health License (in good standing) a plus
• years of experience in health & benefits required
• Microsoft Office proficient (Advanced Excel & Power Point Skills preferred)
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Experience with Epic is a PLUS
