Job Description:
As a Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the used car department, including sales, purchasing, and inventory management. You will play a key role in driving sales and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the used car department.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Manage and monitor inventory, including purchasing and pricing of used vehicles.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote used car sales.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain compliance with all automotive regulations and standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the used car market and valuation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
Previous experience as an automotive technician Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment ASE certification preferred Strong problem-solving skills Commitment to quality and safety Why Hyundai?
