Automotive Transmission Technician

We are seeking a skilled Transmission Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in transmission diagnosis and repairs, as well as proficiency and ownership of tools required.

Responsibilities

• Ability to remove transmissions and rebuild them on a bench
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  
• Use power and hand tools to complete repairs
  
• Keep accurate records of all work performed
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  
• Follow manufacturer repair guidelines
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Transmission Diagnosis and repair
  
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  
• Excellent communication skills
