VP of Marketing

Job Description:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support business objectives and drive growth
• Build and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives over time
• Build and maintain brand awareness and reputation through effective marketing campaigns and activities
• Create and oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
• Manage and optimize the company's website and online presence to drive traffic and generate leads
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure the company remains competitive in the market

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the Las Vegas market
• 3+ years working in the marketing department of a staffing agency
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Experience:

• Experience in digital marketing and online lead generation
• Familiarity with industries such as Accounting, Finance, IT/Tech, Human Resources, Sales, Gaming, and Operations
• Experience with market research and analysis
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
