Quality Assurance Team Lead (Banking)

Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the banking domain, including experience managing and leading a QA team. The candidate should also have experience in driving regression test suite automation and have a good understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and other industry-leading testing methodologies.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 10+ QA engineers

Develop and implement QA strategies and best practices

Plan and execute test plans for all phases of the SDLC

Drive automation across the portfolio

Work closely with development and product teams to ensure the quality of the product

Identify and report defects

Track and manage defects until resolution

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in the banking domain

5+ years of experience managing and leading a QA team

Experience in driving regression test suite automation

Good understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and other industry-leading testing methodologies

Strong understanding of testing tools and frameworks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Ability to manage customer expectations.

Nice to have:

Experience working in Performance Testing and Load Testing

Experience with Agile methodologies

Experience with security testing

Experience with test data management

Experience with test analytics.
